Founded on November 30, 1997, in January 1998, Sister Kelly Patrícia and Sister Jane Madeleine held their first retreat where they were inspired to choose the name "HESED." Shortly after, Dom Cláudio Hummes took office as the Archbishop of Fortaleza and received them in audience, gave them his blessings, and authorized them to accept new vocations.

On March 25, 1999, at 6 p.m. (day of the Incarnation of the Word and traditionally at the same time), the WORD arrived - Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, becoming the center of everything, remaining with us to this day: this was considered a miracle. At that time, due to the Archdiocese being without a bishop, the parish priest instructed us to stay with JESUS until we received official permission from the new bishop. Our dear Bishop José Antônio then arrived, granting us an audience, blessing us, and subsequently providing us with written permission to keep the Sacred Reserves.
